Millenia Catering was founded by Chef Lo Soukahvong and over the past 20 years has served Orlando and the Central Florida communities. As the company has grown, Millenia now owns and operates four event venues as part of their full service event experience.
Your Executive Chef
Chef Lo is a professional chef with many years of experience in all areas of the hospitality industry. His background includes working at various prestigious restaurants and private clubs, as a culinary instructor for the Raddison Hotel, Chef de Cuisine for Gaylord Palm’s Florida and founded Millenia Catering, an eclectic catering and private chef company servicing all of Central Florida. His expertise ranges from event planning to buffet design and includes innovative menu conception as well as recipe development.
Chef Lo is recognized as a respected food service professional throughout the region.An alumnus of Johnson & Wales University, Rhode Island, Chef Lo holds an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors Degree in Food Service Entrepreneurship. Johnson & Wales University is recognized as the world’s largest hospitality educator and holds a distinction in Culinary Arts and Hospitality.

Nicole “Nikki” Mejia
Executive Sous Chef
Nikki has a passion for food and cooking passed down from generation to generation. Niki Graduated in 2009 from La Cordon Bleu. She has worked for Marriott, Gaylord Palms and as a Private Chef for the Palmers. Joining the Millenia Family in 2013, Chef Nikki organizes and supervises our Chef staff. When not working Chef Niki likes to spend much needed family time and soak up the sun.
Hannah Cummings
Regional Manager & Senior Account Executive
Hannah has a passion for hospitality and events. As a graduate of the Rosen College of Hospitality at UCF, she’s been able to launch two event venues and build lasting client and vendor relationships in the Polk County market. She is married with two children and one fur baby – Bella. Loves music and traveling.

As a graduate from Rosen Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida, Krista takes pride in providing top customer service! By doing so, she has been given the opportunity to work for several food and beverage companies in the Central Florida area as well as hotel properties, The Ritz-Carlton & JW Marriott, in Los Angeles, California.

Janoy “Jay” Johnson
Service Director
Jay grew up in hospitality alongside his mother at their family-run restaurant in Jamaica. Since then, his service experience includes fine dining establishments such as Stream Song, STK, and Flemmings. As Service Director, Jay brings his leadership, passion, and knowledge for service and hospitality to the Millenia staff.
